Our friend, Blaise, took this photo at his wife, Kate's birthday party. It was pretty warm outside, so she lost her party dress and gained dad's sunglasses. She was trying to stay cool, and I think she succeeded.
Simone came over for the afternoon and they had fun playing together.
She has a new interest in her feet. She can only chew on them when she's wearing a disposable diaper because her cloth diapers are so bulky.
We traveled to Minnesota for David's cousin's wedding. The ceremony was in a historic church in downtown Minneapolis. Violet was a very good baby and, besides a few squeals of joy, stayed very quiet during the ceremony.
We stopped to eat a a fun restaurant in Uptown on our way out of town. We were on a rooftop and sitting in a lounge setting, which Violet really enjoyed.
Pool time! The sunscreen we use doesn't really rub into her skin, so she tends to look a little streaky.
